Have you ever wanted to step into the shoes of a hero and embark on epic quests? Curious about how to play the world’s most famous tabletop role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons? Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to the game, this campaign is for you! Join us at HackPGH for a bi-monthly, in-person D&D campaign that’s beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels. In HackPGH's ongoing campaign, you’ll learn the fundamentals of character creation, role-playing, and tactical combat as you journey through a world filled with danger, mystery, and magic.
The details of the game sessions include:
- Creating unique characters
- Understanding the core mechanics of D&D
- Building strategies for combat and problem-solving
- Collaborative storytelling with other players
- Exploring rich narrative-driven adventures
Requirements: No prior experience needed. All materials, including character sheets, dice, and rulebooks, will be provided.
Dates and Times: Bi-monthly on Saturdays, this session will take place on Saturday, April 26th from 12:00pm-3:30pm
Cost: $20 to drop-in for this session. Drinks and takeout food provided. Want to join our campaign for the long-run? Contact us and we'll set up a campaign registration (billed monthly).
